Safety and Training
CHESCO commits to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all of its employees by regularly implementing a complete health and safety work program. Our program includes an extensive background check with drug and fitness testing in which all employees are checked prior to employment and randomly tested on an annual basis. Mandatory safety meetings and Toolbox Talks are regularly conducted every 3 weeks. In addition, all necessary operators receive orientation to occupational safety and health as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and receive OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach DOL Cards.
